I am so impressed at the level of service and integrity of the team. In my case, a repair was not the right decision but they worked with the manufacturer to determine the correct parts and costs that allowed that decision to be made correctly. They do the right thing to help their customers. I will use them again and again.

I lost count on how many times Phil and Kellie have helped me with correct parts and missing part numbers. Kellie even gave me links to where I can find the parts when they didn't have any in stock. They are the best!!!

Purchased a clutch dog set for my obsolete Porter Cable screw gun. Part was shipped immediately. While ordering on the phone, Kellie looked at the posted shipping charge and said it was too much and only charged 1/2 of that amount. Very honest and reputable people.
